Getting Started

Follow the helpful hints as outlined below, in addition to the assembly instructions found in our how-to books, to create the featured scrapbook layouts. If you’ve attended the workshop hosted by your Close To My Heart Consultant, you’ll already have some of the products needed to create the featured layouts. You’ll notice we have used additional products, not included in the workshop, to show the endless possibilities that accessories can create. If you haven’t attended the workshop and would like to create the layouts, contact your Consultant to order the necessary supplies.

Cut the papers in your paper packet as shown below, being sure to label each piece on the back.

Helpful Hints

To create the layouts as shown here, follow the helpful hints as outlined. For more detailed information on how to assemble the featured layouts, refer to our how-to book Imagine™. Your Close To My Heart Consultant can offer more information on the featured scrapbooking techniques.

• Using the dry embossing/scoring stylus, create frames around some of the papers, placing the lines 1/4" from the edges, as desired.
• Using the sponging technique, apply New England Ivy or Brown Bag ink to the edges of some of the papers, My Stickease® images, and photos, as desired.
• Attach hemp, brads, and the printed Dimensional Elements, as desired.
